At AddMySnaps, protecting your personal data is a priority. This document details the nature of data collected, its use, and your rights in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679).

The data controller is AddMySnaps, operating the platform accessible at addmysnaps.com.

02Data collected

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the service to function:

Collected during account creation via Supabase Auth. Used only for authentication and moderation notifications.
Voluntary
Profile data
Username, approximate age, region, gender, orientation, description, profile photo and social network handles — entered voluntarily.
Anonymous
View counter
Number of profile views, completely anonymously. No tracking cookies, no behavioral data.

We never collect: banking data, phone number, postal address, precise geolocation, or the content of exchanges between users on third-party networks.

04Hosting and processors

Your data is hosted exclusively by Supabase (authentication, database, photo storage), whose infrastructure is located in the European Union. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.

AddMySnaps never sells, rents or shares your personal data with third parties for commercial, advertising or analytical purposes.

Advertising is not used on the Platform. No third-party trackers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) are active.

05Retention period

Account and profile data is retained until account deletion, or a maximum of 3 years after the last login. Moderation logs are retained for 12 months for security purposes.
