AddMySnaps is a networking platform allowing adult users to publish and browse social network profiles (Snapchat, Instagram, OnlyFans, TikTok, etc.).

AddMySnaps acts exclusively as a technical intermediary. The Platform does not produce, store or host any media content (photos, videos, private messages) between users. All exchanges take place exclusively on the relevant third-party social networks, under their own privacy policies.

Access is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 or over. By accessing the site, you declare on your honor that you are of legal age according to the laws of your country of residence. Any account whose holder is found to be a minor will be immediately deleted.

Account creation requires a valid email address. Each account can publish up to 2 profiles, subject to manual validation before publication.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving minors
• Identity theft or publication of third-party contact details without their consent
• Explicitly pornographic content in text fields or profile photos
• Any form of scam, harassment or unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Creating fake profiles or multiple accounts for spam purposes

AddMySnaps acts as a host within the meaning of applicable law. Our liability cannot be engaged for content published by users, except for failure to react promptly after notification of illegal content.

The Platform does not guarantee the authenticity of profiles and disclaims all liability for interactions between users outside the site.

Any illegal content can be reported via our contact page. We commit to handling each report promptly and removing any clearly illegal content.

The design, logo, texts and structure of AddMySnaps are protected by copyright. By publishing a profile, the user guarantees they hold the rights to the published elements and grants AddMySnaps a display license limited to the duration of publication.

AddMySnaps reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance. Any user can delete their account at any time from their personal space (/account).

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
